The Independent Hajj Reporters on Thursday held its 2025 Post-Hajj Lecture/Recognition Ceremony at the National Mosque Auditorium, Abuja, with the theme “For the Interest of Pilgrims.”

The Vice President, Senator Kashim Shettima, represented by Muhammed Bulama, Director-General of the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN) led dignitaries at the event which also had in attendance the representative of the Saudi Ambassador to Nigeria, Faisal Bin Ebraheem Alghamdi; NAHCON officials; and other stakeholders in Hajj affairs.

The event was hosted by Professor Abdullahi Saleh Usman, Chairman/CEO of the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) who was represented by Prince Anofi Olanrewaju Elegushi, the Commissioner of Operations at the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON), It featured lectures, recognitions, and awards to stakeholders for their roles in ensuring a successful 2025 Hajj.
