A sighting of the crescent moon looks doubtful in Saudi Arabia, according to several astronomers.

Inside the Haramain reported several key statements from Saudi experts:

Al Majmaah Observatory: The moon will set before the sun on Monday (suggesting no crescent can be seen)

Nour Observatory: Seeing the Shawwal crescent is impossible on Monday

Dr. Khaled Al-Zaqaq: Eid is Wednesday, April 10

Dr. Abdullah Al-Misnad: Ramadan will complete 30 days.

Muhammad Al-Thaqafi: The crescent moon is born after the eclipse and Wednesday is the first day of Eid.
