The Mighty Book
A piece dedicated to Almighty Allah, the Giver and the Sustainer

Bismillah, I begin—
This Almighty Qur’an is unlike any other,
It could never be authored by any but Allah, the Lord of the Alamin—mankind, jinn, and all that exists.
Yet, Al-Fatiha stands as the mother of the Book, stamped The Opening, unveiling threefold virtues: Praising Allah, seeking His guidance, and pledging our devotion.
Alif Lam Mim—ciphered letters known only to Him, Al-Baqarah proclaims His might, Al-Imran follows, tracing the lineage of a righteous household.
An-Nisa warns: “Those who unjustly consume the wealth of orphans
Devour only fire into their bellies,
And they will burn in the Blazing Flame.”
Al-Ma’idah sets the table—
Not with mere food, but with guidance in Al-Birr and At-Taqwa, a call to virtue, righteousness, and piety. Beware! His punishment is severe.
Al-An’am teaches the essence of Tawhid— The oneness of Allah, undivided and supreme.
Through the pastures of knowledge, I walk, never passing by Al-A’raf—
A reminder for true believers.
Amidst the winds of war, Al-Anfal teaches, guiding mankind on the rightful division of spoils.
“Tu’ubu ilallah!”—At-Tawbah calls,
Urging repentance for the Mushrikun.
Yes, repent and listen, do not play the games of the wise in opposition,
Like Yunus once did— for He is always watching.
Surah Hud fires at the Zalimun,
Those who chase the glitter of this world, unaware that their deeds are paid in full, yet their reward is fleeting.
Be steadfast and fear not, for He knows you and will never forsake you. The journey of Yusuf, built upon dreams,
Led him to a land foreign, yet a throne was his.
The Word of Allah strikes like thunder,
Ar-Ra’d bears witness, Ibrahim was cast into the fire, yet it cooled upon him— for He is the Most Mighty, the Most Miraculous.
Think yourself wise? Or believe your secrets are unseen? Read An-Nahl and reconsider. Do not overlook the scriptures inscribed in the journey by night, Al-Isra carries me there.
Mariam, unchaste in the eyes of men,
Yet Allah declared: “It is easy for Me.”
And so, He gave her a righteous son.
Our vision is blurred by doubt,
But He knows the future before He commands. The saga of Musa and Fir’aun— A storm in the wilderness.
Ta-Ha marks the beginning,
An-Nabiya recounts the prophets,
Al-Hajj reveals the essence of pilgrimage.
Do not doubt the words of Allah.
Tense your steps and walk like the Mu’minun, for surely, An-Nur lights the way. Al-Furqan, the Criterion,
Will lead you if only you follow.
My heart pounds—Ta-Sin-Mim!
I land amidst the poets—Ash-Shu’ara! Bestowed with wisdom, but how do we wield it? Naml and the story of Sulaiman teach us well.
The journey of Musa continues,
Narrated in Al-Qasas, sealed with faith in Al-Ankabut. Ar-Rum reveals the Romans of old, while Luqman warns:
Without Allah’s grace, we are lost at sea.
Al-Kahf unfolds the tale of the sleepers in the cave, a lesson in patience, trust, and unwavering faith. I bow in reverence, Guided by As-Sajdah.
A glimpse of Al-Ahzab, the whispers of Saba, the creation unfolds in Fatir. Many chant Ya-Sin without knowing its weight— If only they obeyed, they would shudder in fear.
Ranks are set in order, As As-Saffat decrees. Pride and opposition bring downfall, As Sad warns. While Az-Zumar lifts the veil, and Ghafir calls to forgiveness.
Lie flat, confess your deeds, let Fussilat trace the human soul. Ash-Shura, consultation and unity, yet Az-Zukhruf warns against material blindness.
Ad-Dukhan—the smoke of heedlessness, cautioned in Al-Jathiyah and Al-Ahqaf.
The noble Qur’an upholds the beauty of Islam, the rewards of believing in the Prophet Muhammad (SAW).
Surah Muhammad seals this truth.
To walk the right path is to be blessed,
But if our Hujurat lacks faith and obedience, we are lost.
Qaf!—A sound foreign to disbelievers,
Ciphered, yet profound.
The winds scatter as Adh-Dhariyat declares, the mountain trembles with At-Tur, the stars glimmer in An-Najm,
The moon stands witness in Al-Qamar.
Blessed by Ar-Rahman, we gather at Al-Waqiah, struck by the weight of Al-Hadid. Fire consumes the arrogant, yet Al-Mujadilah warns, every Hashr of losers is recorded.
Avoid the Munafiqun even on Jumu’a,
For the truth will be revealed on At-Taghabun. Divorce with wisdom— Read At-Talaq lest you err, and beware the trials in At-Tahrim.
He is the Sovereign—Al-Mulk. Writing with my Qalam, I hear—Al-Haqqah!—Truth undeniable. Noah was saved by his obedience, The Jinn were humbled before him.
Al-Muzzammil clothed in prayer,
Al-Muddathir purified in faith. On Qiyamah, we will see— Who was truly human (Al-Insan) And who was mere dust (Ad-Dhar).
O believers! Will you follow Al-Mursalat
Or turn away like An-Naziat?
Do not frown (Abasa) upon the truth,
Nor indulge in Takwir and Mutaffifin,
For the signs are written in Al-Buruj.
Fleeing from guidance? At-Tariq will catch you. Ghashiyah to Fajr, until the sun (Ash-Shams) rises, and the night (Al-Lail) retreats.
Ad-Duha warms,VAsh-Sharh comforts,
While At-Tin reminds— We were created in the best of forms. Al-Alaq calls us to read, For in Al-Qadr lies a night worth a thousand months.
The evidence (Al-Bayyinah) is clear,
The earthquake (Az-Zalzalah) inevitable. The hoarding of wealth (At-Takathur) blinds, But time (Al-Asr) is fleeting.
Do not mock (Al-Humazah), Or strut like Abrahah did in Al-Fil. Only by the Fountain (Al-Kauthar), can we truly succeed.
Reject falsehood (Al-Kafirun), seek victory (An-Nasr), stay humble (Al-Ikhlas), until dawn breaks (Al-Falaq).
O mankind (An-Nas), Follow this book—The only pure guidance.
