PHOTO NEWS: NAHCON Holds Post-2026 Hajj Stakeholders’ Summit

The National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) on Wednesday convened a stakeholders’ summit in Abuja to review the 2026 Hajj operations and set the agenda for reforms ahead of the 2027 pilgrimage.

The summit brought together government officials, state Muslim pilgrims’ welfare boards, licensed tour operators, aviation and health stakeholders, alongside representatives of Saudi Arabia, to assess the 2026 Hajj exercise and explore measures aimed at strengthening planning, coordination and service delivery for future pilgrimages.
