1. 807 pilgrims departed on Sunday evening from Jeddah Islamic Port bound for Sudan’s port of Suakin, after completing their Hajj exercise.

2. The Togolese government have imposed compulsory Covid-19 tests and restrictions on her pilgrims returning from Hajj due to huge number of deaths recorded in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and 78 cases of Covid-19 from returning Senegalese pilgrims.

3. The National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) and the State Muslims Pilgrims Welfare Boards have been advised to pursue a policy of rotating experts in various segments of the Hajj operations yearly to ensure fairness and objectivity.

4. A Max Air flight departed Jeddah to Kaduna at 02:47AM with 543 Pilgrims and 4 Officials.

5. The 40th NAHCON return flight left Jeddah on the way to Bauchi at 07:33AM with 415 Pilgrims from Plateau, Nasarawa and Kogi States and 128 Officials.

6. An Air Peace flight departed Jeddah to Lagos with 300 Pilgrims from Edo, four from Delta, six from Kwara and one Rivers State pilgrim and 5 Officials at 8:35PM.

7. Flynas airlifted 426 Yobe State Pilgrims and 2 Officials from Jeddah to Maiduguri at 10:58 AM.

8. Another Flynas flight departed Jeddah to Lagos with 413 Pilgrims from Lagos and Ogun State and 7 Officials at 5:59PM.

9. NAHCON airlifts 18,326 Nigerian pilgrims in 43 flights.
