1. Effective from midnight on the 5th of Dhul-Hijjah until the end of the 13th day, unauthorized vehicles will be prohibited from entering the holy sites.
2. The Transport General Authority (TGA) inaugurated, for the first time in this year’s Hajj season of 1445 AH, a mobile control and monitoring center equipped with sensors distributed across major roads to enable real-time monitoring of public transport vehicles within Makkah and the holy sites.
3. Authorities at the Prophet’s Mosque in Al Madīnah engaged 6,000 male and female volunteers between the middle of Dhul-Qa’dah until the fourth day of Dhul-Hijjah to serve pilgrims. In total, the volunteers have dedicated over 100,000 hours so far to serving pilgrims and participated in 50 social and humanitarian volunteer opportunities.
4. The cardiac team at King Abdullah Medical City in the Makkah Health Cluster successfully performed a life-saving pacemaker implantation for a 69-year-old Chinese Hajj pilgrim.
5. Saudi authorities have introduced the “Hajj Without Bag” service, exclusively for Saudi Hajj pilgrims. The service entails the delivery of pilgrims’ luggage from the nearest Saudi Post branch in their respective cities directly to the holy sites and back to their various homes after conclusion of the Hajj exercise. Pilgrims can easily track their shipments using the SPL app or the SPL Online website.
6. More than 1,700 buses carrying pilgrims will leave Madinah for Makkah today.
7. Saudi Ministry of Health on Monday evening held its annual meeting for international medical officers. Prior to the meeting, 40 heads of international medical offices for pilgrims did a tour of hospitals and inspection of various health facilities in Makkah and the holy sites for the use of pilgrims.
8. Al-Noor Specialist Hospital in Makkah in readiness for the 1445AH Hajj exercise has established a specialized center dedicated to treating cases of heat stroke and heat exhaustion. It’s doors are open to all pilgrims.
9. Shuttle trips to and from the Masjidil Harām has been specially organized round the clock for Guests of Custodian of Two Holy Mosques Program to be transported through specific routes to reduce congestion and overcrowding during the Hajj season.

11. Saudi Ministry of Tourism has stressed the need for hospitality facilities in Makkah to comply with safety regulations.
12. More Than 4,000 members of the Saudi Arabian Boy Scouts Association have started surveys of Mina and Arafat camps.
13. The Makkah Municipality in order to maintain hygiene and avoid pest has mobilized a total of 689 individuals along with 930 tools and 321 various devices to maintain hygiene and protect pilgrims from pest infestations. They will work in critical areas like slaughter houses, vegetable markets and waste dumps.
14. The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology has prepared ahead of the Hajj exercise over 6,200 communication towers in Makkah, Madinah, and the holy sites, with more than 4,000 towers supporting the (5G) technology and over 10,500 WiFi access points.
15. Another 145 male and female pilgrims from 9 different countries sponsored by the Saudi Royal Family arrived in Makkah on Monday. This brings the total number of pilgrim received to 1,075 from 75 countries worldwide.
16. A 30-year-old Nigerian pilgrim has given birth to a healthy baby boy in Makkah, marking the first newborn arrival in this Hajj season, 1445 AH. The baby, named Muhammad, entered the world at the Makkah Maternity and Children’s Hospital.
17. Jigawa State Hajj pilgrims depart Makkah to Al Madīnah.
18. All preparations have been made to receive Nigerian pilgrims in Mina.
