Yemen’s Taiz Province Holds Graduation for First Batch of Martyr of the Qur’an School

The local authority in Taiz, Yemen, honoured the first batch of graduates of the Martyr of the Qur’an Secondary School for Sharia Sciences 1446 AH, numbering 107 graduates.

At the honouring ceremony, acting governor Ahmed al-Masawi explained that the graduation of this distinguished group from the Martyr of the Qur’an School represents a qualitative addition to the province for what they carry of Qur’anic sciences and culture.

He pointed out that the Holy Qur’an is the strong rope of God and the method that adherence to and working with it represents a guarantee for the advancement of the nation in all aspects.

At the ceremony, Adnan al-Sawai, Anwar al-Sagheer from the teaching staff, and student Abdulmalik al-Azzani from the graduates stressed the nation’s need for Islamic knowledge and Quranic knowledge to correct its reality and to launch its positions and actions from the guidance of Allah.

They called on parents to encourage their children to join these schools so that they can be active elements armed with Quranic culture and Islamic sciences.
