Who is an ideal Muslim child?

Introduction:
This essay is all about who is an ideal Muslim child. I explained the quality of an ideal Muslim child. I further explained that a Muslim child must obey his parents, worship Allah (SWT), and pray his or her daily prayers and so on.

Firstly, an ideal Muslim child must worship Allah alone. Allah (SWT) is the almighty. Allah says in Quran chapter (51) verse (56) that, “I did not create jinn and humans except to worship Me”. He created theAngels, the Heavens and the Earth, therefore, we must all worship Allahthe creator.

Furthermore, a Muslim child must not worship anything aside from Allah. If you worship anything aside Allah or you associate partner with Allah, you are committing shirk.

Secondly, an ideal Muslim child must pray his/her salat every day and should not play with any of it. As a Muslim, Allah has prescribed to us a compulsory five daily prayers. According to Abu Dawood (1420) and an-Nasaa’i (461) narrated that ‘Ubaadah ibn as-Saamit (may Allah be pleased with him) said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) say: “There are five prayers that Allah has prescribed for His slaves. Therefore, an ideal Muslims child must observe there five daily prayers. However, if you play with salat, you are not worshiping Allah therefore you will get a reward of punishment.

Thirdly, an ideal Muslim child must respect his or her parents, guardian and teachers. A Muslim child must be respectful. Quran chapter 17, Verse 23 says honor your parents and address them respectfully. For example, a Muslim child must greet and obey their elders. If you disrespect your teachers, guardian and parents you will have a punishment but if you obey them, you will get a reward.

In conclusion the Quran and Hadith of Prophet Muhammad (SAW) as taught us what an ideal Muslim child is. They must be respectful to theirparents and teachers. Also, they must observe their five obligatory prayers every day and worship Allah alone.
