Saudi Ministry of Islamic Affairs to join Conference of Latin American, Caribbean Muslims

The 37th International Conference of Latin American and Caribbean Muslims will be held in Sao Paulo, Brazil, from November to 1 December, organised by the Islamic Dawah Center in Brazil in cooperation with the Saudi Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance, according to source.

Themed “Islamic Education in Latin America and the Caribbean: Its Role in Preserving Identity,” the conference will gather delegations, researchers, and specialists to discuss topics such as the role of Islamic education in preserving identity, promoting social cohesion, and addressing challenges faced by Muslim minorities in the region.

The agency said that Saudi Arabia’s participation highlights its commitment to “serving Islam and Muslims while promoting its values of moderation and balance,” in addition to addressing the needs of Muslim minority communities, fostering their connection to Islamic principles and values that promote love and harmony.
