Saudi Arabia Raises Alarm Over Repeated Iranian Attacks

Saudi Arabia has warned that repeated Iranian attacks could lead to a dangerous escalation, as the Kingdom continues efforts to strengthen its economy, technology sector and strategic industries.
The warning came as the Saudi Cabinet reviewed a range of domestic and international issues, including investment, technology, energy, infrastructure and advanced manufacturing.
The Cabinet also praised government agencies for their progress in the 2026 Digital Experience Maturity Index, saying the development reflected continued efforts to improve government operations, introduce flexible technological solutions and provide high-quality services to citizens, residents and visitors
During its meeting, the Cabinet authorised the Chairman of the Nuclear and Radiological Regulatory Commission, or his deputy, to discuss and sign a draft memorandum of understanding between Saudi Arabia and Malaysia on cooperation in safety, security and safeguards for peaceful nuclear technology applications.
It also approved a memorandum of understanding between Saudi Arabia and Kuwait on cooperation in public-private partnerships
The Cabinet further authorised the Minister of Commerce, or his deputy, to discuss and sign a draft agreement with Tunisia on cooperation in consumer protection
It also authorised the President of the Oversight and Anti-Corruption Authority, or his deputy, to sign a draft model agreement for the exchange of information among members of the Global Operational Network of Anti-Corruption Law Enforcement Authorities, known as the GlobE Network.
In addition, the Council approved a memorandum of cooperation between the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority and the New Zealand Customs Service on mutual administrative assistance in customs matters.
The Cabinet also approved the organisation of the National Center for Curricula as part of the Kingdom’s continuing efforts to develop its education system and government institutions.
