1. The ‎1st of Muharram 1446 has been fixed for the Kiswah Changing Ceremony of the Ka’abah while the 15th of Muharram 1446 will be used for the washing of the Ka’abah.

2. A large number of pilgrims and visitors troop to Al Masjidil Qiblatayn (The Two Qiblah Mosque) and other historical landmarks in Al Madīnah after visiting the Prophet’s Mosque.

3. Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has announced a substantial reduction in airfares for travel to Saudi Arabia for Umrah pilgrims.

5. World Meteorological Organization praised the contibutions of the National Meteorological Center in Saudi Arabia for its enormous contributions to the success of the 1445 Hajj exercise.

6. Saudi General Directorate of Narcotics Control (GDNC) has arrested a citizen in the Tabuk Region for smuggling and selling 10,880 amphetamine pills.

7. Ambassador Munnir Yusif Liman a member of the Kano State Pilgrims Welfare Board has been honoured with the prestigious Key of the Ka’abah by the Umda of Haram in Makkah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

8. The first batch of Kano state pilgrims consisting of 554 pilgrims ready for return journey back to Nigeria.

9. A Max Air flight departed Jeddah to Kaduna 03:02AM with 553 Kaduna Pilgrims and 5 Officials.

10. An Air Peace flight with 393 Pilgrims from Kwara and Enugu States and 11 Officials at 9:40AM

11. 259 pilgrims from Bauchi and 290 pilgrims from Plateau were airlifted from Jeddah to Bauchi at 10:18AM.

12. 20,248 pilgrims airlifted by NAHCON in 47 flights.
