Golden words of Allah

Allah the Exalted says on:

1. Repentance

“O believers! Turn to Allah in sincere repentance, so your Lord may absolve you of your sins and admit you into Gardens, under which rivers flow, on the Day Allah will not disgrace the Prophet or the believers with him. Their light will shine ahead of them and on their right. They will say, “Our Lord! Perfect our light for us, and forgive us. ˹For˺ You are truly Most Capable of everything.” (Quran 66:8)

2. Patience and Perseverance

“And certainly, We shall test you with something of fear, hunger, loss of wealth, lives and fruits, but give glad tidings to As-Sabirun (the patient)”. (Quran 2:155)
“Only those who are patient shall receive their reward in full, without reckoning.” (Quran 39:10)

3. Truthfulness

“O you who believe! Be afraid of Allah, and be with those who are true (in words and deeds)”. (Quran 9:119)

4. Piety

“If you obey and fear Allah, He will grant you Furqan [(a criterion to judge between right and wrong), or (Makhraj, i.e., a way for you to get out from every difficulty)], and will expiate for you your sins, and forgive you, and Allah is the Owner of the great bounty”. (Quran 8:29)

5. Perfect Reliance on Allah

“Those (i.e., believers) unto whom the people (hypocrites) said, `Verily, the people (pagans) have gathered against you (a great army), therefore, fear them.’ But it (only) increased them in Faith, and they said: `Allah (Alone) is Sufficient for us, and He is the Best Disposer of affairs (for us)’. So they returned with grace and
bounty from Allah. No harm touched them, and they followed the good Pleasure of Allah. And Allah is the Owner of great bounty”. (Quran 3:173,174)
