1. The National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) has opened channels for pilgrims, officials and all Hajj stakeholders to lodge complaints and make suggestions to the commission on future Hajj operations.

2. The NAHCON committee in charge of medical Services paid a courtesy visit to the Saudi Ministry of Health in Makkah on the 1st of Muharram 1446AH (7th July 2024).

3. The National Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs (NSCIA) has approved the convening of a National Hajj Summit to discuss concerns raised by some important stakeholders on the conduct of Hajj 2024.

4. Kano pilgrim gifts a car to Hajj official for dedication to pilgrims’ comfort in the holy land.

5. Gombe and Katsina State begins airlifts of pilgrims today.

6. Kano, Ondo and the FCT, convey last set of pilgrims back to Nigeria today 8th July 2024.

7. An Air Peace flight departed from Jeddah to Abuja at exactly 11:15PM with 276 FCT Pilgrims and 29 Officials.

8. 419 Gombe State Pilgrims were airlifted by Max Air from Jeddah to Gombe at 06:52PM.

9. Flynas flew 422 Niger State Pilgrims and 4 Officials from Jeddah to Niger at 9:21AM.

10. In 18 days the National Hajj Commission has airlifted so far 35,742 Nigerian pilgrims back to Nigeria from Saudi Arabia.
